    1. All of our own commercial grade C9 lighting and accessories custom cut and wired to your house to create a professional looking display.
    2. A safe and seamless installation done by our professional installers.
    3. Our product is backed by a no hassle guarantee on the bulbs so if you have a bulb go out just shoot us a picture and we will be out as soon as possible to replace your bulb and get your display back to looking beautiful for the holidays.
    4. Our digital timers automatically turn on/off at the times of day that you request.
    5. No Storage hassle. Since we are using our lights, the customer does not have to worry about storage space all year.
    6. Year to Year flexibility. Avoiding a big upfront light purchase also allows our customers to have affordable bulb color change options in the future.
    7. Unmatched customer service to make sure you have the Holiday time to do the things you love to do.

    LEDs have 9 colors to choose from including color changing lights and are going to use 15 times less energy and usually save the cost difference in energy bill savings. Multi-color or custom alternating patterns are available in the per request. 

    Additional Lease Options: 
    Pathway Lighting in same C9 lights as roof-line - $2/ft per year 
    One Car Garage Outline - $75/yr 
    Two Car Garage Outline - $100/yr 
    Mini Light LED strands for tree wraps, pillars, etc. - $22.68/ea 25’ strand of 100 mini LEDs.
